Terrible experience working with Chelsea from this company!! She is the worst! I had asked her a question and she caused a huge family fight by telling family members that I was refusing to sign closing documents and all I did was ask a question. I never said l would not be signing. Just asked for clarification. Now a month later everything is held up because she states I did not Docusign yet I have a copy in my email from 9/22. Can’t wait to complete this transaction to be done with Chelsea! She is a problem maker not solver. Beware of dealing with her when doing business with this company.

Worked with Kellie on closing. She was fantastic, communicative, and answered the phone every time I got on to bug her about every detail. Fantastic experience, and I'm happy they worked with me. Great experience.

April and Ali were terrific in assisting in closing (and all through the process). Extremely attentive to all questions. Very poor experience and communication through closing process and after! We were assigned by the sellers agent to work with Kellie at this office. I had emailed Kellie 2 weeks prior to closing date to schedule a signing at a closer location- no response. I had my agent call a week before closing since we would be out of town and they struggled to find someone to be available for signing docs with our schedule. Kellie even admitted that she’d received my prior email and just hadn’t called. They never told us they’d need funds ahead of time for same day close, but I had to ask to get that info. Documents for the escrow account were available on the signing date but never given to us prior so we didn’t come with banking information for setting up auto-payments. After closing we hadn’t hear
