I doubt it's going to change with people confusing the two. When ever you type in AmeriHome Mortgage in the Google search it brings up the web information for them but for reviews it has your company so anyone leaving a review will think it's the correct one. I have tried finding the correct one and can't.

Do don’t go with this company. You will not have any say so with your mortgage once you sign. When I call in for assistance, I go through about 3 representatives before getting to someone who can assist and then… they really can’t assist. Wish I had gone with another company.

There are not enough words to describe how deceitful and dishonest this company is. I can't imagine how they are still in business legally. I have had nothing but problems since my loan was sold to them. I made all my payments on time and have satisfied 99% of my loan. They always give you incorrect information on how to solve a matter at least two or three times until you become so angry and yell at them that someone finally takes care of it. Please under no circumstances do any type of business with this company. I have reported them to every agency I can find

Sells loan out from under you, forces you to be late. notification comes, sent 25 days after the fact. Company tried calling me out based on location, I live in Alabama and left communist California. To farther edit, Customer service is a no go. Only chat options available. disconnected multiple times. I know it was not an internet error, reliability status is heavily monitored. With only digital connectivity to a company, notification of loan transfers should be emailed at the bare minimum. If you are not affiliated with them , recommend you change your business name .

When selling our house we requested a payoff that was supposed to be good until 12/9. The company paid the taxes on the 5th which created a shortage of funds and has subsequently delayed the closing of the house. This company thinks they are a mortgage center but I’m convinced they all have no ideas what they are doing there. Thanks for the stress and hassle amerihome!
