We've had an outstanding experience with Americana and couldn’t be more satisfied with their services. The worst experience of my life. Fernand property manager got me multiple loser tenants who physically and maliciously destroyed my house and were sent to collections. Over $10k of losses while under this property management. Even after I go to small claims and sue these shotty tenants he got, collecting the award judgement has been unsuccessful. I cannot recommend this company, I reached out to his backup agents and they would be hesitant to step in and assist this guy in his messy work.
