Americana Apartments

I stayed here for over a year in a dire time of need. This is a very well run property. Security always present and Flo the manager is very friendly and fair with tennants. Pet friendly....my dog absolutely loved this property with the trees and the grass on property. Maintenance is very fast with any issues. Thank you to everyone for making my stay as well as it was. I hig hly recommend thus property to anyone in need of a place to stay!

**Americana** **Title: "No Natural Affection" – A Cold Heart in a Time of Need** The heart of mankind has truly gone cold. God calls us to show grace, trust, and to love our neighbors as we love ourselves, but those values are nowhere to be found at the Americana. My husband and I faced a sudden crisis when I lost my job and we fell behind on rent. We weren’t looking for a handout; we were looking for **Grace**. We were willing to work out a payment plan, even with late fees added, but instead of showing "Human Warmth," management chose to immediately put us out. They saw a family with no money, no food, and nowhere to go, and they chose to be "Dismissive" and cruel. The world today has no trust and no love; we hate and we show it. As the scripture says, there is "no natural affection"

Weekly 1 bedroom/1 bath Reasonable near the strip for an extended stay! Price includes everything, electric, water and trash. some units are very nice being remodeled, others still need to be remodeled. Nice pool, closed for now because of covid. onsite laundry room. 1 bedroom, great for a single person, on a budget. Staff works very hard to keep the older building operational. Recently the buildings were completely painted, decks all refurbished new walk way indooroutdoor carpet. Much quieter and I feel safer than many of the other weeklys in the area. Nice size overall. you can actually live in them. Very close to the virgin hotel and casino as well as the strip MGM to Bally's us an easy walk, or three minutes drive.

I’ve been living here for 5 months and I’m really happy with my experience. The apartments are clean, the maintenance team is always quick (usually within an hour), and the staff is very helpful and understanding. Special thanks to Florence (General Manager), Claudio/Cali, and the whole team for always being there and making this place feel like home.

I'm giving Americana apartments a five-star review. Since my daughter and I have moved in, staff has been amazing. I've never had an issue with anybody that works for the property. In fact they've always went out of their way and they're kind everyday. Maintenance, staff and security are great. One time I had a clogged sink and when I told maintenance they fixed it the same day and brought me a new fixture immediately. They keep the entire property clean and do rounds everyday. Even the people that live in here are great and everybody speaks and says hello. It kind of reminds me of old school Vegas and I'm definitely born in Nevada. Security runs a tight shift and leaves no room for shenanigans. As a father I highly appreciate that. I've also never had a bug issue while living here. My d
