Does not know how to complete the sale of the home. After American Title COMPLETELY forgetting the documents at notary for the wire transfer (which we had to ask for, they still did not know how to do the wire transfer.) Are you kidding me...you have 1 job. Then the person back peddles, tries everything to get me off the phone. After twice explaining how and why the funds are transferred in the manner they are and sending instructions.. guess what? "Still struggling". I call the wire transfer recipient and have them verify step by step everything they need. Doesn't even ask the same questions they ask me. Are you kidding me? If your people don't know how to do wire transfers, hmmmmm maybe you shouldn't have them doing wire transfers.

I got a letter from the Sheriff saying my mobile home was going to be seized for unpaid taxes. After 2.5 hours and speaking to 3 people in 3 different county agencies, I found out that American Title left my mobile home in the name of the seller I bought it from with an address other than home property so personal property tax due for the mobile was left unpaid and I was unaware of it. I paid my county property tax when I got the bill and wasn't aware the trailer had a separate tax as personal property tax. Apparently, a mobile home need to be "Affixed" to have one bill and American title declared my trailer was affixed...but it wasn't. The county said this is a training issue and their fault for not looking at it properly. I called American title om 11/2/23 upset about the 2.5 hours
