Randy Wilson contacted me on my cell phone (not sure how he got the number) asking about our lodging facility and if we wanted to sell. I told him we weren't looking to sell, however, if someone gave us a "Don't want to sell it" offer, we would consider it. He told me that was fine and would schedule a meeting for the following week. In the interim, he asked for our financials, which I felt was inappropriate and intrusive for someone I had neither met nor had any contractual relationship with so he was given a basic P+L doc. upon arrival. When he arrived, he brought an assistant with him which wasn't appreciated because of the pandemic and because he failed to inform me of this before hand. About halfway through the tour, he told me we could ask whatever we wanted and they would list it
