Can't give a zero star rating? Too bad. This company couldn't perform a real estate closing properly after 2 tries, and despite multiple requests, refuse to type a one page letter to fix their mistake. When the 1st set of closing documents were wrong, I was asked to perform all the edits to the point that I was the main drafter of my own documents. And yet I still was expected to pay a closing fee. When fianlly closed a month later with less incorrect documents, American HT sent erroneous instructions to my other lender regarding pay-off. Insult to injury, they refuse, without comment or reason, to send a two line letter to correct the issue. They don't know what the f$÷& they are doing or they don't care.

Would rate a 0 if I could, closed on my house in October and they were supposed to pay my property taxes at closing and they just now realized that the check wasn't cleared by the bank over a month late! And there numbers don't work!!!
