American Eagle Title - Logan County Abstract

This was the worst closing on a house I have ever experienced, and I've been through several. Do NOT recommend American Eagle Title Co in Logan county. The branch manager did our closing (Aubrey Shorr) and gave wrong information multiple times to both us as the seller and our realtor--so when closing day came, they had no funds or check to give to us as the sellers (although we were told we would get a check that day). She told us it would be days before they could get us paid, as we went through closing paperwork. We had to drive 40 min in a snow/ice storm to get a check from the buyers title company right after the awful experience--HIGHLY recommend Legacy title company in OKC!! Legacy Title Company should have been paid double (all the title company closing fees) for staying open a

The team at Logan County Abstract is hands down one of the best I have had the opportunity to work with! Very responsive and personable. Anytime I had questions, they were always there to pick up the phone! Will continue to use in the future!
