Been renting from American Dream Rental for over a year and have had a great experience with them. They graciously accepted my application even though I had a prior eviction. Also are very fast with maintenance and repairs. Would definitely recommend

I moved to Florida 4 years and I rented a place from American Dream Residential. They were always professional and quick to respond to repairs. After 3 years in the the first place I rented another house that better suited my needs. I would recommend that anyone looking to rent go to American Dream Residential you won't be disappointed.

My house burnt down and after living in a hotel for a month with a week old new born we couldn't find anything.. then found this double wide and was blind sided for the face we wanted out baby to grow up comfortable.they asked for 2 security deposit and 1st and last month rent fine.. well let's just say putting lipstick on a pig.. black mold they just cover up with paint. Mind you everything brought in this house brand new due to losing everything in a house fine after a couple days roaches started popping up and ants everywhere like days in my newborn was being attacked in his crib from these mystery ant.
