Don came and inspected a house for us during the due diligence time. He arrived on time. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Don has been doing this for many years! He walked me through every inch of our new house. He was not in a hurry. He reminded me several times that he works for us and that his job is to make sure that we have as much information about the house as possible so that we can make good decisions with our purchase. As well as making sure that we understand everything about our house so that we can care for it well going forward. The seller showed up at the end of the inspection, and Don was very professional. He suggested that we meet with our realtor at a Starbucks down the road so that we could go through the report and not be in a hurry and not inconvenien

A inspection was ordered on my home. Lindsey Hodges of AmeriSpec in Loganville was the office who did the inspection. Her inspector did the wood checks with invasive tools that he admitted to, that caused damages to my home. I have been contacting the local branch as well as corporate. The owner is rude and will not take count ability.

Our home was under contract and Nick Williams inspected our home for the buyers. He forgot to start the radon test on Saturday when he completed his inspection of the house. He returned on Monday at 5pm to place the test in our home. The same night his clients chose to terminate the contract. Our realtor set up more showings and told me to set the radon test in the garage as it is large and ugly. Williams came to my house to pick up the test this afternoon (Wednesday) and I was shocked by how rude he was. He made it clear that he was very upset that I had placed the unit in the garage and "ruined the test". He said I couldn't follow simple instructions and glared at me. Amerispec has been terrific to work with all 3 times we have used them. The only thing I would recommend is that they partner with a different company for termite inspections than Arrow. We've had a terrible experience with Arrow every time we have used them. They are very slow to follow up on reports and have to be called numerous times to deliver the report results and their customer service in the Arrow office is very poor. Next time we will definitely pay for a separate termite inspection just to avoid using Arrow again even though it's a free part of the Amerispec inspection.

Definitely not what I was expecting. As a first time home buyer I was thinking simple walk through and that I was wasting my money. Definitely a great experience Derrek was great and walked me and my wife through every detail from top to bottom. Well worth the knowledge I gained from things I would never think to look at.
