Amelia West Townhomes

Loved moving here from out of town and stayed a little over a year I missed Erin she was the best. Tay was quick to assist with any issues as well mainly ac issues and pests. I am still friends with my neighbors who also moved. I didn’t like that the new prop manager over charging 400 cleaning and miscellaneous fees after I move out but I was warned. Pleasant experience got my first home in Valdosta nonetheless

This is literally the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. I’ve been here two years, and I still find myself struggling to move because the staff is amazing. The maintenance is top-tier Leasing Office no matter who is in there are really big on communication and keeping the property clean and well-maintained. The maintenance man Tay is always willing to help, he answers all my Maintenance request almost immediately And consistently does a fantastic job.Thank you Guys for all that you do.

Mrs. Vickie is the SWEETEST! She is very prompt and very knowledgeable! She even picked the perfect townhouse for me and my boys!

Amelia Apartments on Bemiss Rd are awesome. They are very quiet, the grounds are well kept, and the management is exceptional. Erin is great, if you need something fixed or just need a listen ear, she's there for you. Tay the maintenence man is really nice and able to fix most anything. They are both very professional. I've been here almost a year and looking forward to the next.

I absolutely LOVE my little townhome! Mrs. Erin is the property manager and she truly is one of a kind. She keeps our property looking great and she is so attentive. Any questions I have or requests I have made are handled RIGHT AWAY! She has made me feel like family since I moved in and as a single mother, I really can’t express how thankful I am for her and Tay! (Our wonderful maintenance man) I am so lucky to have found this little gem. Thank you again for all you do!
