It is rare to encounter a maintenance professional who consistently operates at the level of competence and dedication that Tay demonstrates. I am writing this review to express my profound satisfaction with his work and to recognize him as an indispensable asset to this property.

My experience with Amelia Apartments was a pleasant one. Mrs. Vicky was very knowledgeable about the property and the apartment that I was viewing. She was friendly and kind. She also informed on other units and townhouses that were available.

Loved both properties! Nice, clean and spacious. Thank you Mrs. Marquez for showing me around the apts. Now I know where to look for my future home!

This is a beautiful property well maintained with a top knotch staff. You can tell Vicky and Tae are passionate about what they do and there work. Vicky is welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable and was able to make our transition very smooth. Tae is great! He's always on top of any issues that arise timely and does great work.
