Very poorly run property group. Our property manager is often combative, will not answer questions, and the only thing she responds with is go to the meetings. I understand we are supposed to go to the meetings, however when there is not a meeting and we have a question we should be able to ask someone a quesiton. We literally empoly them to run our community. They should be able to answer basic questions. Robin is no better. She will not return phone calls and only respondes to emails (sometimes). Do not let your community use this property management company. I will be pushing for us to change.

Our HOA recently changed to Amcor Property Management and Carson is our property manager. I am very impressed on how she handles our meetings, she very knowledgeable and professional and she is extremely responsive to any concerns or questions I have brought to her. She treats everyone with patience and respect; I am pleased she is working for us at Terra Vista Condominiums.

In Q42024 Arroyo Verde Estates HOA Board decided to give control over to Amcor (Robin Thomas and team) without the courtesy of checking in with the Homeowners. The HOA went ahead with their choice. I must say it has been the most disastrous and dysfunctional decision. Absolutely NO integrity. All is done in secrecy.. homeowners have been directed not to communicate with the HOA Board… Completely missing is a mission of service first, integrity, excellence, professionalism, open dialogue, follow-up. Everything that Robin Thomas and her team do (keep in mind they are consultants who are NOT homeowners) has been a complete and total disservice to our 40 townhome community.

As a real estate agent, I work with HOA property managers and staff often. Leeann R. was incredibly helpful and continues to be during my client’s transition. So much so that I had to meet her in person! AMCOR Property Professionals is lucky to have her on staff. I am certain my client is in great hands.
