I have lived here for 3.5 years and never had an issue with my home. It was built right from day one. Financing through them was a different story. Great, safe community.
Ha. Ha. Ha. Buy here, and expect to be working with them on warranty claims for years. We have been involved with claims for the past two years, to no avail. We still have issues they fail to resolve, and the process has been like pulling teeth for holding them to their obligations to produce a house without defects.
One of the best communities in Bayside Lakes with some of the most lovely people I've ever met
