Amberwood Hills

Amberwood was extremely quiet, quaint and affordable. The neighbors are friendly yet keep to themselves, management was always professional, quick and helpful. Mrs. Staci always made sure tenants had an answer or knew how to get you one if she didn't know. Maintenance stayed on top of every work order if not same day definitely next day. Never had an issue with either. Never had an issue with the area either. Amberwood was a pretty great space for my partner and I and our small dog. We lived in a 1/1 with washer and dryer hook up and it included two a/c units, one in the living room and the other located in the bedroom. A new stove and a new refrigerator. I moved into a renovated apartment the end of May, 2024. Since then, I have seen an amazing amount of improvement in the property and the apartments. Staci has always been very pleasant and willing to answer questions. I only had one problem with my apartment front door sticking since I have been here. Eddie was here to fix my door within ten minutes of my call. When I moved to this area, I took my time and looked at multiple apartments. I have been very happy with my choice.

I like living here. Rent is reasonable. I moved into a renovated apartment (like new) in June of 2024. The staff including Staci (apartment manager) and Eddy (renovation/maintenance supervisor) are friendly and responsive. I made a list of small issues with my apartment and Eddy came by and fixed everything within a couple of hours. The neighborhood is very walkable with Southside Sports Complex right up the street. Many improvements are being made to the common area, and I am looking forward to seeing more in the near future after all of the apartment renovations are complete.

Great quiet place to live. The landlord, Staci was so good and caring for her tenants. Great job!!!

Fantastic management, always working to maintain the serene atmosphere at the complex Mr Eddie is the best, always ready and on point with maintenance. I Love the communication between management and residents too
