I just picked up my keys from Alaska who has been incredibly helpful and communicative since I called last week praying that they had an apartment unit available that fit our small family in short notice. His help has been incredible and has kept us level headed during this stressful time! The unit is clean and Alaska helped us get into a unit that was immediately available with more square footage for a lower price. He is definitely the reason that this place feels like home on day one!

I'm thankful for the corner one bedroom apartment that I rented on Via Tranquilla Way. Management and Maintenence were helpful and timely. I had a nice view of the woods. The wood-like flooring and ample lighting was a plus. The drawbacks were the rent went up every year I lived there, I had to walk across the parking lot to do laundry, and upon moving out, I was charged more than I thought I should for wear and tear after living there over four years. Still, I think Sherry is a decent manager and just note that you need to be sure to be careful about leaving the apartment in the same condition you found it. An animal-friendly, safe apartment building us what I experienced. I'd recommend checking out the Via Tranquilla location 😀

We’ve lived here for about 6 months and I have nothing but negative feelings about it. Firstly, the staff is slow or entirely unresponsive. The buildings are poorly maintained. The water is cloudy and needs a filter if you’re going to consume it in any way. The laundry is “managed by a different company” so the apartments take no responsibility and the facilities are often poorly maintained or just plain gross. And lastly their ai “administrators” keep sending me emails, approving me for different apartments after we signed a lease months ago.

Amazing experience, Alaska made it very smooth and easy for me to find a place and move in as fast as I needed. I 100% recommend this business for any apartment needs. They are very responsive and always on top of maintenance that needs done, trash removal when the dumpster fills, and snow removal so you can get in and out. Sherry the manager of Amber Ridge Apartments has been great. Whenever there is an issue she is prompt in addressing it. I have dealt with many apartment managers before and Sherry is one of the best and most caring about her tenants that I have encountered. It is out of her hands if tenants don't comply (ie. cleaning dog poop), but she tries to keep the complex as clean as possible. Also I have recently had my dishwasher replaced. Jeremiah ,the maintenance worker, was nice and professional. Thanks for all you guys do!
