I’ve had a great experience with the leasing office and maintenance team. They’ve been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever minor issues have come up, which I really appreciate.

Would highly recommend. They are constantly upgrading and maintaining the property. Shanna and her staff stay on top of all my requests. They keep the grounds looking like a park and the neighborhood is really friendly.

I had scheduled tour for the apartment community. I had expressed interest of viewing a specifically 2B2B apartment which was agreed upon my the community representative. Upon reaching at the schedule the representative refused to show the agreed apartment. It was a unprofessional experience, since we didn't see what we wanted to and were sent back with false promises of scheduling the required viewing at a future date. Not sure when that may happen. Dear Property Manager, My ask was very specific to view a 2B2B apartment right from the start. We had this conversation atleast twice on the phone. While we reached the office your subordinate (Yesenia told us she would be showing us the 2B2B apartment which is under renovation to which we agreed as well). Somehow while touring the community

Amber Court is very nice safe and clean. The management is very kind and professional . In additional the maintenance team is super nice and helpful. We lived here 18 years+ and we just moved to the 2 bedrooms in the same apartment we don't want to leave this apartment.
