I could spend all day writing a review. Nothing but issues when I lived there for 2 years. My bathroom sink and tub were clogged since day 1 and I’ve called numerous times and they’d “fix” it but it was never fixed. Sink handle always falling off, as well as ceiling paint started peeling the first week I was there. I even showered with the bathroom door open. I’ve never heard or seen a ceiling peel before so who knows what paint they used. Brought it up to management, he came and “put in a new ceiling” for me, started peeling the next week again so I just gave up 😂 cheapest paint everywhere that I think whoever painted did so being blindfolded, worst paint job ever. Can’t even use command strips without it ripping off drywall. A homeless man was sleeping in the building every night in the

Do NOT live here. The heat is turned on at the most uncomfortable times when not needed with no in unit control. At one point there was am insect infestation that us as fourth floor tenants had to figure out ourselves. During the course of our lease at all times only half of the coin operated laundry units in the basement worked. These were all issues that did not make living here unbearable. However, for the last 2 months the elevator has been broken. There are signs everywhere to contact the maintenance man who does not respond. When my roommate and I reached out on two separate occasions with the property management, owners of the building, and developers describing the living conditions this has caused we were not given a single response. This exact issue and others were complaints 2

Lived here for over 4 years. You can't depend on maintenance because there is one guy and he goes to other properties as well. Heat is included but they never turn the heat on, even when you call saying it's below 50 degrees in your apartment. Many cars have been broken into and though they did install security cameras, it has not stopped the vandalism. A girl had her apartment broken into in the middle of the night through her window while she was asleep, they have not caught the intruder. In addition, my neighbor had their car broken into and the camera quality was so horrible it did not help in the investigation. The only good thing about this place is the location, but even with that said you have constant construction everywhere. For how much they hiked up the rent, you are better off

I’ll be very transparent about the costs of living here: $950/ month for rent for two bedroom apartment (non “upgraded” unit) $50/ parking spot $50-75/month average for RGE $0 Internet-Internet is included, but you’re better off getting more data or your own wireless internet, as the internet is down AT LEAST 2-10 times a day. PROS: Location is close to the East End, and Monroe bars and restaurants. They allow cats for no extra charge per month CONS: Had one of the WORST experiences living here, and mostly by cause of management. Management is extremely quick to harass you and threaten your guests who are of a certain color, but to contact you back to fix anything....GOOD LUCK! Fix your elevator people!!! It's been months. How inconsiderate. Also, if you're thinking of moving in, DON'T. It's shutting down the end of August.
