Amavi Aster Ridge

My wife and I took a selfie guided tour through this apartment community and it was one of the best properties we have been to while we are looking for out next place. Everything was kept neat and clean , the landscaping was well kept usually half the property looks better than the other but this was a very nice place. We ran into the Maintenance guy Cheyenne and chatted with him a little bit about the property and you can tell he is a knowledgeable Maintenance Supervisor and cares about his property and it really shows on how well this place is kept. This is a great community great vibes.

Just moved in and everything has been great so far. The property is clean and quiet, and the staff has been really welcoming. Big shoutout to Cheyenne, the new Maintenance Supervisor. Even though he’s only been here a short time, he’s already been friendly, helpful, and committed to keeping everything running smoothly. Excited to see the positive changes!

We're looking to relocate and came across here. Took a self-guided tour and immediately felt a sense of arriving home. The space was welcoming, peaceful, and easy to explore at our own pace. The whole experience was smooth and thoughtfully set up. Truly a place that just feels right.
