Fantastic and professional. They are some of the best in the business that I have seen. I interfaced with just about everyone from their office on a complicated land purchase and each of them were easy, pleasant, and they knew what they were doing. Also have a spot for kids to play while you sign which is nice.

Not honest people, take forever to get back to you if you have questions. Once you sign they don't care about you. Refinanced and they didn't pay off any of the bills they were suppose to. I got late fees and extra charges because I thought things were paid off. My car they paid all but $14 so then I got late fees and had to pay off myself. I called them multiple times to get this resolved and NOPE they couldn't be bothered with me. I continue to tell everyone I know to NOT go through these people. They take your money and run. When I first got there my paperwork was wrong and they lady told me to sign it and she would fix it later. She was very upset with me when I refused and told her I wouldn't sign until it was fixed. Then I read everything which also got her fired up. I highly recomme

I have used Alyeska Title for multiple closings both as a buyer and seller. Every experience has been top-notch. Staff is extremely responsive, professional, courteous and accommodating. In my experience, they are hands-down, the best title agency in the state.
