Hunter made my choice to move here a breeze! After our tour I applied and they got back to me in a timely manner! I absolutely love this property and the amenities. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. & I’m forever grateful to be apart of this community:)

I had an amazing experience thanks to Charlie. He helped me find an apartment and made the whole process incredibly smooth. In just 3 days I was already moved in, which was unbelievable. Charlie was very professional, helpful, and always available to answer my questions. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and gets things done fast, I highly recommend working with him. I just came with my daughter Juju to view an apartment and I am so impressed with Jasmine. It was a busy Saturday she had at least 6 to 7 people coming towards her at once and how she handled the room was so graceful. She kept a smile on her face, didn’t get frustrated, and showed my daughter two apartment options where the other places we went to showed us just one. The service we experienced was enough for my daughter to decide to move-in right away. God bless the patience in the woman.

Really bad experiences in this complex! I’m living here couple years and is unacceptable to have to deal with the neighbors all the time in my building smoking weed! All the halls way smell weed if is not weed is bad smell like trash because they don’t have maintenance I have been sending emails to the office lease about the smell ! About every day the trash in the hallways without cane it’s disgusting to live in a place that nobody follow the rules and nothing happens building 3 is disgusting! And the complex is not cheap is an expensive complex $2300 for an apartment with 2 rooms and everyday trash in the hallways everyday that smell ! They don’t clean the building the stairs all the time very dirty . I don’t recommend anybody to live here

Having lived in homes for decades, I didn't know what to expect from apartment life, but I am so glad I chose Alvista West Vue. Everything starts with the people, and I can tell you that Sabrina Aguila's wonderful welcome and utmost professionalism won me over right away. The amenities, the location, the design of the apartments, the convenience...I can go on and on. And if something needs fixing, the dynamic duo of Henry and David are there in a heartbeat to help fix the problem. This is truly an amazing place, and the last 2 years of apartment life have been great thanks to Alvista.
