Alvista Metrowest

After living here for almost 2 years i feel its a good time to leave a review, the first year was absolutely great. Lets start by pointing at the location which is my favorite thing about living here and how beautiful mostly everything around is, second i have to acknowledge that the staff was attentive most of the time however as of late it feels completely off just to call the leasing office, Price could be better for what it is and well its been a long while since ive used the amenities as they seem declined. Ive read some of the other reviews and i agree that when moving in they do a sort of "Landlords special" kinda quick fix up of the unit and its evident that the pathways are well dirty and full of leaves, which is weird since i recall in the summer hearing maintenance blowing the l

The property manager and her entire staff at Alvista are amazing! They are all very professional, great listeners with caring attitudes that put you at ease through the entire closing process. If they say they will do something, they do it and follow-thru. The customer service is excellent at levels with the management team. The apartment we choose exceeded our expectations. I am so happy we choose AlVista !!

I have lived at Alvista Metrowest a little over a month now. While there have been some issues, like with the a/c, maintenance has been extremely quick about fixing them, which has impressed me greatly! The office has also been very kind and helpful whenever needed. Jasmine was fantastic in helping me view apartments and ultimately getting me set up with everything I needed. I also appreciate that as a gated community, the gate system actually works (unlike where I used to live). So far I am very glad I chose this community to call home :)

We’ve lived here for a while, and the current office staff and maintenance team have been excellent. Maintenance is always polite and respectful, and the office staff is friendly and helpful whenever we need assistance. Really appreciate the great service!

Unfortunately, my experience has not been positive. I have been living in the apartment for almost two months, and since moving in I have faced basic issues that have still not been resolved. One of the bathrooms does not have hot water, and the washing machine in the unit does not work. A maintenance technician informed me that the washing machine has never worked due to a plumbing issue. These problems were reported shortly after I moved in and followed up on multiple times, yet there has been no resolution or clear timeline provided. The lack of hot water and a functioning washing machine significantly affects daily living and does not reflect what was agreed upon at the beginning of the lease. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves responsiveness and resolution
