Nelson has sold three properties for me and the last one really showcased his dedication to the task. I listed it just before going out of the country and he even came over to the house to help me get things finished up the day before I left. We got a bunch of offers which he told me about while I was in the middle of the jungle in Guatemala. He negotiated with the potential buyers to get me the highest price possible. He sent me the documents by DocuSign for me to sign in the jungle on my phone. Everything was ready for closing shortly after I got back. Nelson handled everything and got me top dollar for my house. I will definitely use him again.
