My experience living in this apartment community was consistently disappointing. From the moment I moved in, it felt like management cared more about collecting rent than actually providing a livable environment (Dennis). Maintenance requests were either ignored or took far too long to address, and even when someone finally showed up, the repairs were often rushed or incomplete. Noise levels were another major issue. Walls are thin, common areas are poorly monitored, and management rarely enforces community rules. Parking was equally frustrating - overcrowded, poorly managed, and never actually improved despite multiple complaints. Communication from the office was unprofessional and unhelpful. Emails went unanswered, office hours were inconsistent, and any attempt to get clarity on issues
