Altura Apartments

Since the change of condominium management, we’ve noticed a big improvement. Angela has been doing an excellent job—she’s attentive, professional, and very effective in solving problems. The condominium feels much better managed now, and we’re very satisfied with the positive changes under her leadership.

My leasing agents Kay and Francisco were absolutely amazing! Kay was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, and Francisco held down the fort beautifully as the Assistant Property Manager while the Property Manager was out of office. Well done, highly recommend!

my little family loves this place! the grounds are maintained weekly if not every 2 weeks. the garbages are sanitized and deodorized as well. i have never seen any homeless in the area. the management team has been outstanding since the minute we inquired about this place. maintenance has responded within a day of needing a request. the pool is heated year round. the gym smells wonderful considering it’s a gym. the mail room is kept clean. when we take our evening walks the sunsets around here are so peaceful. the commute for my husband to sf is so easy as we are right off the freeway. my son loves to play in the the little playground here. i live on the 1st floor and never hear the people above me. i have no complaints what so ever. thank you altura for providing a place like this to cal

When I first moved here I thought I had hit the jackpot with how great of a price it was for a “luxury” apartment (compared to other prices in Petaluma). Not shortly after I moved in did I realize that these apartments are in no way luxury. It should have been a red flag in the beginning when Abagail, who I believe no longer works there made rude comments about how much my father makes when signing to be my guarantor. The next problem I had was on the first day of moving in, my fridge and dishwasher both did not work. Abigail lied and said she checked to make sure they worked before we moved in (which obviously she did not). It took about a week for us to get a fridge and all of the groceries we bought went bad. We were told we would get compensation for it, and we never did til this day.

Worst experience ever ! They don’t refund your deposit in the end off the lease . They charged 3,700 for the deposit and just want to refund me 400$ back ! They said it was all demage . But it was not ! It was just dirt! They should charged just for move out cleaning but are trying to get my money pretending that was demage on the apartment . Also when I went to the office to ask for answers about what was the reason they were just giving me back a very low amount of my deposit, the manager kicked me out of the office and didn't want to explain and threatened to call the police. At no time was I disrespectful to her. I just wanted an explanation of the absurdity they were charging me. They never have anyone at the office , and when you call they never answer the phone !
