Altitude at Brooks

I have to start by saying how beautiful the area is! I’m from California and have been looking at a few apartments out here, but this community definitely stood out from the rest. Their social media actually popped up on my timeline while I was visiting family, and it immediately caught my attention. When I scheduled my tour, I was excited to see that Naomi, who I had actually seen on their social media, would be showing me around. She was such a vibe! She had the perfect balance of professionalism, fun energy, and genuine kindness that instantly made me feel comfortable. Naomi gave me a full tour of the complex and was incredibly patient with me. I recently moved into Altitude At Brooks and the office staff made the whole process so much easier. Naomi was such a big help from the start and was always there to answer any questions we had. She was very patient, kind, and made everything feel simple and smooth. Jascynda and Kim were also super helpful and welcoming during the move-in process. It really made a difference having a team that was friendly and willing to help whenever we needed something. Overall, it was a really positive experience moving in and I appreciate all the help from Naomi, Jascynda, and Kim for making the transition so easy!
