Alta Uptown

5/5 Stars – Best experience I have had in an apartment Living at Alta Uptown has been the best apartment experience I have ever had. The manager, Cat, is incredible... she is personable, easygoing, and makes a real effort to catch up with you like a friend rather than just a tenant. One of my favorite things about the location is that it is so close to both Downtown Chandler and Downtown Mesa. Both areas have all of my favorite tap rooms and breweries, so there is always something great to do nearby. The amenities are top tier, including a high end hotel style lobby with a pool table, a rooftop lounge with great views, a speakeasy, and for my pup, a dog wash! If you want a place that feels like a real community, move here and ask for Cat!

I recently moved into this apartment complex about a week ago, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very beginning, the team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone in the office was welcoming, helpful, and professional, which made moving so much easier than I expected. I especially want to recognize Bri. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt comfortable every step of the way. She answered all of my questions quickly, explained everything clearly, and was always kind and patient. You can truly tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Bri-Ana was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond in every possible way. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient, and she answered every single question I had — and I had a lot. She made sure I fully understood every detail of the community, the units, and the process, and even put in extra effort to help me see units that weren’t immediately available. Her level of care, attention, and professionalism was on a completely different level. One of the best leasing experiences I’ve ever had.

Nadine M. Is so wonderful, kind, helpful Assistant Manager who showed us around! We toured a 2bd B1 plan. The kitchen is beautiful, there is no shortage of details that have not been thought thru! It feels like home as soon as you walk in, huge living room also! The bedrooms are both primaries so spacious, big closets, and very nice bathrooms! The pool, hot tub, and workout room are so nice too!

Nadine was absolutely amazing! I came in without having an appointment and she happily greeted me and was excited to show me the building and amenities. She was extremely knowledgeable, broke everything down for me and answered any questions I had. She showed me all the amenities and 2 different models which was great. She also told me everything that was around the area which was helpful. Would definitely recommend coming to see this place and ask for Nadine.
