5 star apartment complex without a doubt! Ariyana helped me tour Alta and view all of the many amenities they have here. She also helped me get moved into my new apartment which was a very streamlined process. They also make sure to have everything ready in your apartment for you when you arrive on move in day! The rooms are very modern and well maintained, with incredible customer service. The pool, gym, lounges, and work rooms are beautiful! The complex is also within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. If you’re looking for an apartment in Goodyear, Alta is the best!

I’ve had a very good experience so far with Alta Goodyear, the common areas like the clubhouse are kept clean, and the amenities are fantastic! I love to use the hot tub, and the outdoor areas are lovely and cozy. It really makes me feel welcome here. There are two women who normally work the front desk in the leasing office. Ariyana and Angelina are fantastic! They’ve always been friendly, courteous, and professional, which I appreciate a lot. My neighbors are super friendly here, and I love seeing all the dogs! A pet friendly environment helps to make Alta Goodyear feel like home.

One of the most amazing apartments i have been to!! Make sure to ask for Angelina next time, very helpful women🩷 she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. She communicates clearly, follows through quickly, and truly cares about the residents at these apartments. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make a big difference, and she helps make the apartment community feel welcoming and well-managed. I really appreciate everything she does. I toured Alta Goodyear with Angelina and she was very informative of the property. We were having trouble choosing what floor plan we wanted to go with, she advise we can always go home measure what we needed to measure and come back to see what floor plan best fits our family, which she is amazing for that! we ended up signing a lease and Angelina made it a smooth process for us. Ari also helped us out on the day of move in and went through eveything with us very easy n welcoming to talk to. I had a a lot of questions n she was able to answer and help me out no problem! Beautiful community to live at!

Amazing apartment building with beautiful amenities and elevator! If you're looking for an apartment definitely one of if not the best apartment building in Goodyear. Walking distance to Civic Square Park with really nice bars restaurants and community events as well as a great library! Also walking distance to the Harkins movie theater as well as Bullard Wash Park which is great for walks or runs in the neighborhood. Trader Joe's is not to far either! Ariyana is one of the most helpful leasing agents I've met making sure we get settled in and we had all the possible information we needed. Super friendly as well! Highly recommend Alta Goodyear!
