I was looking for an apartment in Rapid City on very short notice that I really needed ASAP. After apartment hunting from a bit, having to do it all online since I’m not local to South Dakota, I found Alps park. The first person I came in contact with was Cassandra and she was amazing from the start. She really went way above and beyond from what I expected. She helped me get set up quickly and was a very good communicator all throughout the process. Everything went as smooth as it did because of her. The apartment is great it really fits everything I needed and is on close proximity to many things you might need.

This apartment complex wasn't on our radar at first but after working with a leasing agent from another apartment complex we found this one! The leasing agent we worked with was Cassandra and she was amazing! The apartments: We looked at both the 2 and 3 bedroom ones. They are a bit outdated but they compensate you for that with their robust and spacious layouts! Including a GIANT walk in closet and coat closet off the kitchen. The complex felt quiet and secure and the BEST perk of all was the underground parking garage that was INCLUDED in the price of rent. That's unheard of.
