Alpine Village apartments

Ok so personally I hate to do the review thing but I really feel it’s much needed. My cousin car was broke in twice this month homeless people living on the property and I’m sure that will continue. Now me I’ve had the worst living experience ever here i’ve been here for a year and a half and it’s been hell I constantly have to go to the office to make reports (because you can’t get through on the phone) about different things that will never get fixed the maintenance workers is trash they keep getting new managers but have the same trash workers I recently moved from one side to another due to my neighbor was a hoarder and had very bad roaches running into my home they went about it very poorly I had to use the courts just to get help out of that place it took forever my baby got sick and

Tried to turn in the keys for a relative who went to jail and did not renew their lease. This was the final month, and was informed they were going to add it as an eviction.

Not friendly for elderly. Changes the billing monthly and does not want to fix a thing. Not user friendly for elderly or people who do not use or understand English or computers. I have to ask my neighbors for help because they will not answer phones, take payments or work orders over the phone. Horrible management.
