Alpine and Aspen Apartments

I lived in this complex for 3 years. When I moved out, management withheld $150 of my security deposit and then ignored any attempts I made at resolving the issue. Full story: During my time here, my apartment was used as a model to show for inspections because of how neat I kept it. This is a stark contrast to the condition when I moved in. The unit was grimy: dark mold under the kitchen sink, roach infested, burned/blistered front door, and the bathroom tub was unusable for the first week (it was resurfaced at that point). I just moved out 2 months ago, and the landlord took a month to refund my security deposit. Once I did receive it, the deposit was $150 short, which she claimed was for a “cleaning fee.” She said I was lucky to have gotten any of my deposit back, since most people th

This place is a joke! Horrible office staff who don't return deposits even when you return the place in BETTER condition than you found it! STAY AWAY!

Under new management. Things are finally getting fixed. I'm honestly happy living here. I just wish people would actually get the trash in the trash containers and could keep the laundry area clean. And yes it's small but it works.

Comes up on a felon friendly search for apartments. Do not apply if you have a felony they are not felon friendly at all.
