As a service provider, I am extremely disappointed with how Alpha Equity Realty & Management handles their contractors. We were dispatched by Eduardo to perform locksmith services at one of their properties. We completed the job as requested. The next day we were told that they 'mixed-up the vendors' and refused to pay for the service we provided. As I understood two companies were dispatched and unlocked two different doors, but we were communicating with Eduardo throughout the process and the video was sent right away to confirm. No issues were reported. It is highly unprofessional to expect a small business to absorb the cost of a real estate company's internal mistakes. I would caution other vendors to get payment upfront before doing any work for this office and property owners to loo
