Almonte Apartments

I live here and I am not HAPPY I have been here for almost 3 years now i recently refused to pay my rent for August due to them not fixing anything in this place. This has been going on since June now. We are in September and my hot water has not been fixed. Black mold Coming out of my faucets in the bathtub, I recently poured bleach down and cleared it a little bit, but it's making my health really bad. When we went to court, all they could say was, you could have moved out. But yeah, we could have. But we also need funds to do that. Now they came out and installed a new hot water. Heater, now I have no water. And this is what the manager said that there was not going to fix it until I pay my rent. HERE ARE SOME PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF THE WATER COMING OUT OF MY BATHTUB..

I love living here! The location is great, the apartments are well-maintained, and the management is super responsive. Plus, the amenities are a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

Almonte apartments is infested with roaches and the apartment management is well aware and does nothing about it. They will charge you for any and everything but do not fix a thing… I will add pictures and videos also if can! It is a safety hazard at this point and they deserve to be shut down! I will be sending in this proof to the health department as well…

Nicole Moctezuma provided excellent assistance with my move-in process and is a fantastic leasing agent. I highly recommend leasing with her!!!

Im a new move in and I love it it’s amazing nice clean, the process of getting it was so smooth I would recommend for anyone looking for a place to live or even if it’s your first time moving in I would recommend they are so nice understandable with everything
