Gabby is truly the best! She always goes above and beyond to help, and her customer service is exceptional. Every time I need something, she’s professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. I loved it here! The staff was always courteous and professional towards me, and they were fast and efficient with fixing some things in my apartment. I never had any rat issues in my apartment, just some roaches and fruit flies, every now and then, but that was easy for me to take care of myself. I lived here from June 2020 - June 2022. The only reason I left, was because the new place I moved to has a better courtyard area, and a nice size outdoor pool. South Congress Commons has a great staff, in 2020 I met Anthony, (their former real estate agent), was very helpful and communicative, and was great at giving me a tour of the complex, and the available apartments. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had in a long time when looking for a place to live. Gabriela was very professional and knowledgeable of the property I was looking at and area surrounding it, she answered all my questions I asked her, I will definitely look forward to continue the process with her and getting an apartment.
