I have lived here for 16 months. At first I had a hard time replacing appliances and getting things fixed correctly and timely. Finally all my appliances were replaced after months of complaining. Now there is a new property manager Itzavy Gonzalez. She can be very nice but there is a different side to her that’s unacceptable to speak to her tenants in the manner she does. I transferred to a new apartment and she said I was not allowed to be in my apartment that I signed a lease for the apartment with a floater because she had a family emergency.i stated that the floater that works for the company leased the apartment to me and I was approved. She said my nephew was denied and he was not approved because he owed an apartment complex. I was denied for the same reason and they did an over ri

I have been at Alma Cherrywood for a year.... Maintenance has always been an issue. The new maintenance manager Adrian is great. Prompt, b professional,knows his department... electric, air and heat etc. Finished all orders timely.... Explained any issues, and of course approachable ... 👍 Adrian thanks

Gabriela at Alma Cherrywood is phenomenal! She is accommodating and sweet as pie. She helped me with all my immediate concerns, and went above and beyond. The apartment is great, my son loves it, and it is a great place to live. They are diligently working to make it safe and comfortable home

This has been the worst renting experience of my life. I fell behind on rent because the living conditions became unsafe and unbearable. There are people openly doing drugs in dark corners right next to my door. After work, the last thing anyone should have to deal with is walking past that just to get inside their own home. There has been ongoing harassment. People loitering, watching, and speaking to me every time I open my door, as if they are waiting. This created constant anxiety just leaving and returning to a place I pay for. That is not normal and it is not acceptable. I reported a broken exterior light due to an electrical issue. Management turned the light on, but I cannot turn it on or off from inside my apartment. I want to be very clear: I have no control over this light, y
