Poorest construction practices I have ever seen. Poorest customer service. The VP of construction’s favorite response when you want something fixed is “no, it meets the standard”. There are so many other better builders around, please choose carefully.
We toured the homes today in search of a place for my mom to relocate to. Customer service was great and the homes are very nice. Beautiful setting.
Love the community. Huge lots, more rural location, close to shopping and dining.
Visited twice, both times during active hours, no one was there.
Nice neighborhood in a country setting but still close to shopping and beaches
