I personally will never rent from anyone that uses this company again. They add on packages that you’re forced to pay for in your monthly rent that are not worth the money. During our first year, they were sending monthly air filter replacements due to allergies and agreed to do this. 2nd year with them and they have only sent one air filter so far this year, meanwhile we feel that we are paying the extra “package” price for no reason at all except for this company to make extra money off of us. Also if you need any repairs done, expect to be charged $100 fee every time they come to evaluate the property. Never had this with any other company we’ve rented from. They’re also terrible with communication. Do not recommend.
