We lived here for 18 months and what happened at move out was unbelievable. They charged us thousands of dollars to “prepare” the apartment for the next tenant. When friends of ours moved out, maintenance handled their turnover with no excessive charges. In our case, multiple managers suddenly appeared for inspection. It felt retaliatory, especially given that I have left honest reviews before. If you have pets, assume you will lose your entire deposit. No matter what condition you leave the unit in. We were charged to repaint the entire apartment because of minor scuff marks on two walls. The paint is applied so thin that even gentle cleaning takes it down to the sheetrock. That is not damage. Don’t live here. People walk their dogs off leash, causing altercations. They let their dogs poop everywhere without picking it up. The breezeways smell like dog piss. People listen to loud music at all hours, smoke weed outside. Management literally does nothing about this or cares. Why do I pay almost $2000 in rent to have to wake up to people smashing bottles near my window or smell weed from outside, or see worm infest dog poop, or dogs off leash pawing at my window because they see my dog. Not worth it. The only good thing is that maintenance is very good at their job and responds very fast.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We paid hundreds of dollars in application and administrative fees, only to be told after payment that the property does not accept out-of-state income — a restriction that is nowhere disclosed in their written screening criteria or application materials. Had this been stated upfront, we obviously would not have applied. Instead, the leasing office wasted our time, took our money, and then refused to refund us when their own policies do not support the denial. This feels misleading at best and predatory at worst. I just moved in two weeks ago and Chloe made the move in process smooth and easy! Maintenance was also quick with a small issue we had with the lights and WiFi. So far it’s been great!

I’ve been living here for about two weeks and so far it’s decent. Very quiet complex, haven’t had any issues. Downside of the place is the dog park. It’s huge, which is great for active breeds but WOW the amount of lazy tenants.. there’s tons of pets waste. It’s truly disgusting.
