Allora District West

Allora Apartments is my first home in America. I lived here for a year. While searching for a place to live, I toured many apartment communities, but when I came to Allora and saw the bright and spacious apartments, I knew I wanted to stay here. Everything is new and cozy. During the entire year, there were no issues at all. Once, I thought there was a strange smell coming from the air conditioner and submitted a maintenance request. The technicians came to my apartment within an hour, even though it was a weekend evening. There is a very nice pool and a great pool area. The neighborhood is quiet, with no suspicious people or situations. The elementary school assigned to these apartments is very good, and every morning a school bus picks up the children. So happy my 15 month lease is done with. when I first moved in I was amazed about how the complex was so clean, quiet, beautiful amenities as well as the units. This complex has definitely went down tremendously but rent has gone up I was paying 1400 a month for a one bedroom one bath which when I first moved in was all worth it. It went up to 1600 Which i would’ve been more than happy to pay if the complex had kept up the same standards from when I first moved in. I refuse to pay that much when there is dog poop everywhere, dirty halls full of trash outside all the time. The smell hits you as soon as you walk out your door which is very unacceptable. The club across the street causes people to be loud and drunk all hours of the night sometimes there is throw up on the concrete. Pest cont

I had a really good experience during my inquiry process. Cindy helped me a lot and was very responsive and patient with my questions. When things moved forward, Emily was also very helpful and made the transition smooth. Brittany was supportive as well. Overall, the team was friendly, professional, and made the process much easier than expected. I really appreciate the help from everyone.

When I first toured the apartment Emily helped me out and she was amazing. Now that I’ve lived here for a while now I’ve got to also meet Brittany and Cindy, all three of them are amazing! They are all super helpful, I highly recommend this property, everything about this property is so peaceful and homey!

I can’t say enough good things about this leasing office . The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly cares about residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is always clear. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that’s this professional and kind.
