Allora at Spring Valley

I’ve had a really positive experience working with Jennifer at Allora at Spring Valley. I’m in the process of moving back to Las Vegas, and to be honest, the apartment search hasn’t been easy. Jennifer and her team made this part of the process feel simple and manageable. Jennifer was great with communication and made sure she reached out and followed up when they needed critical information from me. I really appreciated that level of care. It didn’t feel rushed or impersonal, it felt like they actually wanted to help move things forward. The application process itself was easy, straightforward, and efficient, which made a big difference during an already stressful move. Horrible experience. After paying movers $300 to move my stuff here from my old apartment and going through the trouble of getting $1300 in money orders from the post office, I was told that they don't accept money orders even though they come from the post office and are marked with the postal water marks. I had to pay the movers to take my stuff back to my old apartment, and thankfully the movers took my stuff back even though Allora made the movers over an hour late to their next job. I was lucky that my former landlord was more than happy to let me move back because of my excellent rental history with him because he had someone planning to move into my apartment that I was moving out of in a couple days. Well not much to say about this property after completing my lease 1 year lease contract I received a $175 renewal increase when my roommate and i paid rent on time never bothered maintenance for work orders never bothered the leasing office and my apartment is not up graded this property is filled with garbage all over the parking lot, the dog park is gross disgusting dog poop everywhere, the pool was not open my first year here, my balcony got repainted and started chipping off the same day because the painters you hire are not real contactors. Ill be sure to report this property to the Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas ridiculous my $175 renewal increase in 1 year !

please don't come!! I do not recommend this place, I have been without a washer and dryer for 3 months, the bathroom ceiling is disgusting, every time you forgive the people who live above my apartment they use their bathroom, that dirty water falls on my bathtub, this has been like this since April and the administration simply does nothing, they only charge the rent which is too much for what we have been living here, I have 2 children and I thought it would be a good place to live but I was wrong, they are only interested in money, they are not interested in their tenants, much less that your family has a clean and safe place to live, please do not come to this place!!!

ive had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex so far! the community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and peaceful place to call home. the community is great, and the overall atmosphere feels very welcoming. one of the best parts of living here has been the amazing staff especially Carmen. she has been incredibly helpful throughout my time here, always going above and beyond to assist with anything I need. Carmen is such a sweet and kind person, and her warm, caring attitude truly makes a difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live!
