Lived here for years and took great care of the apartment. Moved out and they tried to take most of our security deposit because the apartment was "dirty". For anyone in a similar situation, that is illegal. They refused to work with us despite photos I had of the apartment exceeding the requested cleanliness. Had to take them to small claims court and got all of our money back plus some. They were upgrading all of the recently vacated apartments with laminate flooring (we had carpet) and finding ways to make all of the residents pay. We really did enjoy living here and loved our neighbors but the management was unprofessional and unethical. Nothing glamourous about this place, but definitely a safe budget option. Just be prepared for a battle at move out. We also had an insane amount of
You people are so full of it charging me 1635 to replace the carpet. Making up lies with tiny photos of nonexistent damage. You should all be ashamed. Glad I left you greaseballs behind. Creepy people walk through your backyard and take photos of you on your balcony. In unit washers are full of mold that makes your clothes smell worse than they started and thrash violently sounding like a freaking jet engine that shakes the entire apartment and rip up clothes. Air conditioners are ancient and inefficient making your electric bill insane relative to the size of the apartment and barely work at the peak of the summer season. "Deluxe" apartment what a joke. Can't wait for the inevitable class action lawsuit since you people clearly have pulled this stunt more than once.
Been here a month and I know it's only a month, but I am loving it so far. The maintenance crew are outstanding! I've had to call about a couple of things, and they were quickly addressed. Roy, the head of Maintenence actually came out himself to fix an issue with the edging of the carpets. They were new when we moved here, but realized right away that the threshold wasn't wide enough to stop the fraying of fibers. He added wider thresholds which solved the whole problem. I have Parkinson's, and told him that the new ones that he cut in his truck a few minutes before had to be as flat as possible, because I faceplant off my feet get caught up in any way. He seriously wanted me to be happy with the job. Even double checked for me. I was really impressed with the outcome of this first proble
I have lived here for 2 years going on 3. Everything has been wonderful up to this point. Tuesday, 5/13 I came home and saw I had a leak in my bathroom coming for the ceiling. I have a 2nd floor apt. I called maintenance and they sent someone the next day. They were unable to fix my AC unit which I was told needs to be completely replaced. No problem. It has been 24 days without air conditioning with days that are 85+ degrees. My apartment inside is 81. It’s unacceptable. They said they have to order the part. I called every day to get an update and they tell me the same thing. So in my bathroom, I now have two missing ceiling tiles, exposing the mold that has been going on from this leak from the air conditioning unit for years now. I am very unhappy with this situation as I pay full rent
Moved into a “newly refurbished” apartment after the previous tenant left and numerous things were left unfixed. A door was constantly making noise when it would close. Trim on a closet door wasn’t flush so I wasn’t able to close my door all the way either. At almost 10 PM we had a fan in our air system start making a loud and obnoxious noise that could be heard outside of the apartment as well, and when we called for emergency Maitenance we were informed that it “wasn’t considered an emergency” and if we wanted it fixed immediately we would have to pay hundreds out of pocket, and no compensation was offered even though we had to vacate the apartment in order to sleep that night.
