I’ve lived here for 2 years and plan to continue! I’m very satisfied with this beautiful apartment complex I instantly fell in love with the layout of my unit. The property offers great amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing pool. Maintenance has been wonderful; whenever I’ve needed something, they’ve responded quickly and professionally. There are also great renovations happening, which make the complex even better. The greenery throughout the property is beautiful and adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The leasing office is always accessible and helpful, and I’ve formed amazing bonds with people in the community. I’ve truly felt at home here and would definitely recommend it to both college students and working professionals!

I’ve been living here for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier. 💧Before moving in, I did read some reviews mentioning mold, which made me a bit nervous, but in my experience, there has been absolutely no water leakage or mold issues at all. I can see that some wall areas were repaired in the past, but everything has held up perfectly during my stay. 🌅One of the things I love most is the tall, high-ceiling windows that look up toward the sky. I get a beautiful view of the blue sky and swaying palm trees every day, and it never gets old. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Former resident and can confidently say it was the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! 1) The apartments are TACKY! Don't be fooled by the pictures, they're nothing like that. In reality, they're dark, cheap, have chipped paint, and have mold. MOLD. Told management and they did nothing about the issue. 2) Management. They are HORRIBLE. If you worked a dead-end job at this complex you'd be miserable too. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE OR ANYTHING. Such absolute cold-hearted, lifeless people. I had many complaints about mold and roaches in my complex and they never acknowledge it or cared. Just shows you the type of people they are! Heard from my neighbors that someone is a drug addict in the complex and management never did anything about the issue. Basically no one works there a

UPDATED AFTER 7MONTHS HERE: Laundry is a disaster! Not enough actual working machines for the amount of people. You’re unable to check if machines are available through the app from your place. Dryers do not even dry! Tbh; if you’re a person who relies on laundry- living here is such a hassle when it comes down to that. .First week at this place and it has been a pleasant stay. Kristen at the leasing office has made it and easy move; attentive to our needs and responsive to any concerns. The maintenance crew; Sandra and others are always friendly and helpful. Janel from the office was super upfront and helpful when I had questions about my lease. The office staff overall has been great. In general, the place is nice and has good amenities. Very convenient location, especially for a UCSD student. However, the rent has increased significantly since I moved in 2 years ago, and I have chosen to move out. That said, La Jolla in general is very expensive. Overall, I’ve enjoyed my time here and I will miss this place.
