After choosing Allied Home Inspection, Donovan came out within 2 days and met me at the property on a weekend as this is the only time I could attend. He was very thorough and helpful, and took time to answer my questions and discuss findings all along the way. Within minutes after finishing he sent over a very thorough and professionally written summary of the findings. Would definitely recommend this company.

We were very happy with our home inspection at first until we experienced a natural gas leak at the tankless water heater and were hit with a huge bill in the thousands. Looking back at the home inspection, there is a picture of the water heater, by law it needs to have a conspicuous neon green city inspection pass sticker. There was none, the water heater was installed completlety wrong in a DIY project by the previous owner not up to code in any way. This miss cost us a lot of money and over a week with no hot water. When I contacted Allied he just blew me off and told me to take it up with my realtor and that was the end if it.
