Regrettably, my recent experience with Kevin Mamminga demonstrated a complete lack of these qualities, as he consistently acted with selfishness and I felt mislead. With many trustworthy professionals available, I strongly recommend avoiding him.

As first time home seller’s, we were extremely disappointed with our experience with Michelle Holland. We felt she did not have a good understanding of the market, had poor communication skills, was unprofessional, undependable, and did not offer any guidance for selling our home once a contract was signed with her. At our initial meeting with her, she had come prepared to dazzle us with her knowledge of the neighborhood and her presentation of comps in our area and promises for weekly updates and communication on comps, strategies and market analysis. Those promises quickly halted after the first week of the listing. We received 1 weekly market update from her before we had to continuously keep asking for them.
