Broadstone Ridge Experiences I’m in constant discontent with the lack of customer service from the very day I moved in to right now. The Management though they may mean well are less than competent in my opinion. The areas of discontent include: (1) the lack of parking for tenants and instead of assigning at least ONE parking spot to each unit in an effort to make money on reserved spots, you all would rather hire a parking enforcement agency, (2) constant fire alarms sounding for hours at a time as if no one has jobs or children they need to attend to and would like to do so after adequate rest, (3) I left a voicemail message requesting repair of the closet shelf that fell out the wall (which obviously wasn’t drilled into a stud) over 2 weeks ago and I’ve YET to receive a call/email/note

They don’t even deserve the one star. Rude & unprofessional from the start. They looked so far down their nose at me when I came to the office. Don’t waste your time.
