It is very convenient to shopping and is only one block away from the beach. I read the reviews before booking and I was actually skeptical but I'm a person who would like to experience a place for myself as people can make an opinion because something didn't go their way. It was clean, quiet, and showed no signs of drug deals or permanent residents as others claimed. It has a nice view of the talk buildings around and even a nice partial view of the ocean. We only paid $300 for a family of five for four days. But because of of the price, don't think it's an unsafe or dirty place to stay. Front desk was very polite, the outdoor pool was clean, room was clean, free parking is always available nice sized rooms, and quiet at night. I recommended my family and friends.
