Review of Alliance Asset Management – Disappointing Follow-Through After Promising Start I was shown an apartment in Farmington, NH by Kryral Felipe of Alliance Asset Management. Our initial meeting lasted an hour and was genuinely positive — I was interested in the unit, and we discussed her preferred method of communication. I specifically informed her that email was not the best way to reach me, and she provided her cell number for direct contact. However, when I later went to meet her at the office, there was no signage or clear directions. I attempted to reach her by phone multiple times, but she ignored every call — wasting 40 minutes of my time. I tried again, and again was met with silence. My experience to date with Alliance Asset Management has been 5 star all the way. Professional customer service with a smile. They were prepared and confident going into our meeting. Had all the answers to my questions, handled all important documents accordingly, and included information concerning concerns I may or may not have in the future. I am pleased with my unit, the office staff, and the maintenance department as well.

Slumlords... The office misplaces your important paperwork. They will lie to you over the phone and to your face. The property manager is power hungry and knows nothing about actual property materials and repairs. Also of note, they hold you accountable for the same lease that they themselves regularly violate. And added feature is, they do not return your phone calls!

They said my apartment was move in ready...not the case. All windows were and still are broken...broken cabinets, oven dial has no numbers on it so you never know if youre on 200 or 500...lukewarm shower...fire alarm goes off EVERY TIME you cook (even if NOTHING IS BURNING)...bugs. Little. Black. Bugs. Flying all around. They are nice when you speak with them, and maintenance is nice as well...they just have so much else to fix and our issues are "minor" in comparison. Also. WALLS ARE SUPER THIN. Like...you can hear your neighbors TALKING at NORMAL volume through the walls.

If you move into one of their apartments.. expect all of your showers to be luke warm. Your maintenance requests to be ignored, and your persistent complaints to always be responded with “please know we’re taking action” yet even after years of making the same complaint nothing will be done.
