The property manager Michelle is rude. She doesnt have any people skills whatsoever. Calling the person whos above her does not solve anything. None of the tenants like her and want her removed but the person above her will not get rid of her. If your looking for a new apartment keep looking else where and save yourself the headache. Ive lived here 6 years and shes the worst property manager by far. I will not be renewing my lease next year and some of the other tenants are trying to leave as well. I live here and the amount of times I have to call the cops because people want to blast their Spanish music all day and all night loudly like they forgot they live in apartments with no regard for the other people that live there. They sit and drink all hours of the night outside and play their music all load sometimes bringing out a ridiculous microphone. Like it almost seems like I live in little Mexico ( no offense to anyone, but it’s true) I cannot believe management has not taken care of this situation already. People are always peeling out, firing guns after late night drinking binges. I cannot wait to find somewhere else to live. Hello. 1004 Allena Drive has been acquired and managed by new owners. Great improvements already made in very short amount of time. Defently hands on people and focused on making this community a home for its tenants.
