The cathedral is located centrally in Queens on Merrick Blvd and can be accessed by several busses departing from the Jamaica E train station. It has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Sunday services is the "bomb".

This place is infested with bedbugs. I was told they have been using the same exterminator for over 2 years and the residents still have bedbugs. I was told by management this is due to a 94 year old resident that’s a hoarder. I just paid $2100 for and outside exterminator for my aunt and final got the situation cleared up. There are others that had to do the same. It’s very sad. The same exterminator provide by the build has been exterminating for this issue for over 1year. It took the company I paid one treatment. They conducted a second treatment just as a precaution. Terrible

This place is so big .. so amazing .. as you can see the greenery at the entrance.. this view is really beautiful. This place is only for senior citizens . Rooms are big , clean and painted. Each room has windows as well. Taking out trash is really simple as the trash room is inside this building . Don’t worry about the laundry as well . Laundry is inside this building too . You have to use a certain card for the laundry machines for cleaning and drying and you to pay minimum $1.50 for each. So when you just enters the building you will see a security guard who will let you in and you have to sign in and out when you enter and leave the building. There is a bus stop which is right next to this building and the buses those stops there are Q85,Q84,Q4,Q5 and N4 . Thanks for the time that you’

My granny was lucky enough to get into the building when it first opened and she is loving it there still. Great security staff keeping everyone safe and they have a community room and computer room to keep you busy. I really like to stop in during bingo nights. Grannys favorite game to play with her friends. All of her nest friends now live in building so im happy that she is safe and happy there!

Usually appears n looks clean to me floor shiny smells clean even the washing machine area ..visited with someone to watch Super bowl kind reception ..not sure of roaches or rodents that would be sadd for such a place...
