Allegro at Tanoan Apartments

EDIT- the response to this review from the company highlights the obnoxious lying/gaslighting and flippant attitude they have here. If you want to be treated (in real life/in person) like the response below ⬇️ then definitely you should live here. That response is completely inaccurate and I stand by everything written in my review: 1. Move-In Issues: The day before our scheduled move-in, after driving 800 miles with family to help, Joanna informed us that the apartment wasn't ready because it hadn’t been cleaned yet. 2. Maintenance/Security: ◦ The front door didn’t close or seal properly, allowing leaves to blow in from the considerable gap at the bottom. ◦ The complex is advertised as gated and fenced, but the fence doesn’t go all the way around and the gate was broken most of the year,

October, 2025 I have really been enjoying my apartment at Allegro at Tanoan, and I want to thank property manager Johana Ramirez for arranging for replacement appliances when they were needed. She cares about the residents and takes time to address their needs, always greeting everyone with a smile. Thank you very much, Johana! A big thank-you also goes out to Ken and Ben in maintenance, as they have been very kind and helpful anytime there was a maintenance issue, also installing the new appliances. Last but not least, assistant manager Michael Manquero is always ready to help if I need anything, and I greatly appreciate his assistance! While making a delivery to these apartments I slipped on ice at the bottom of the stairs, I think this is the only apartment complex in town that isn't worried about weather safety. On my way out I noticed several stairs were coated in ice. Very dangerous place

We would give this no stars if possible based on the treatment as tenants during our time at this facility. We are not happy with the way management runs their business. The management communication is nonexistent. They will dodge your calls, emails, and when matters are discussed in person, promises are made but never enforced. We experienced x2 garage break-ins on separate occasions on this property, months apart. It resulted in thousands of dollars worth of damage & loss. They promise an operational gate for security that will be “under maintenance” for your whole lease. These kinds of things happen, but when we requested to be moved to a more secure location after the first break in, we were told they would be in contact with us, only to lead to silence. When I first moved in I rated this place a 5 star, going on 3 years and they are not the same there is trash everywhere they don't pick up the pool area I'm really hoping management sees this and tries to get their act together. They charge you extra for trash valet this is what you get outside your front door not worth 2400 a month. Some new photos showing no improvement on trash everywhere all day long and now a green pool the Jacuzzi is good please lord keep that working.
